Neila graduated from Western High School and attended the Union Memorial School of Nursing . She decided to further her nursing education and attended the University of Maryland for her BSN and her MSN. She completed her certification in Women’s Health in 2002 and in 2012  completed a second certification in Adult Medicine. She has practiced Nursing for 27 years. Her nursing experience includes but not limited to OB/ GYN, Gyn Oncology Adult medicine, Hair and Vein Ablation, Education, Weight Loss Management and Senior Management.

Ms. Parrish started in Pain management 7 years ago. Recently she continued her education and pursued her certification in addiction medicine and is currently practicing in Pain Management and Addiction Medicine. She brings to her practice the knowledge from her academic experience and compassion as a nurse.
